What you will bring/hope to do at CPG?

I am passionate about the charity sector and I am an experienced board member, with significant input into three Cambridge based charities. My charity experiences and strengths are strategic development, business planning, service and needs analysis, governance, housing, and restructure. 

I have many years of experience in adult social care and contracts management, contract negotiation. I can advise on support for a range of client groups, liaising with commissioners and contract negotiation. I have skills in quality audit, Social Care Assessment, Care and Support planning, holding a complex case load, service analysis and development, improving outcomes and performance with strong people skills, commitment to customer service, working with a broad range of clients, support staff, people at operational, senior management and CEO level.
