Canadian Public Economic Group Meeting 2017
November 3-4, 2017, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario
We are pleased to announce that this year’s Canadian Public Economic Group (CPEG) conference will take place at Queen’s University on November 3rd and 4th. Please mark the date on your calendar.
The two day conference will involve presentations with discussants in all areas of empirical and theoretical public economics, including public finance, political economy, and policy oriented microeconomics.
Stephen Coate (Cornell) and Eric Snowberg (UBC) will deliver invited lectures.
Others are asked to submit their papers (or detailed abstract) for consideration to program committee at email@example.com by May 31, 2017.

Registration will open soon. Registration fees are:
Regular registration: 195 CAD + taxes until October 10 (late registration is 245 CAD + taxes)
Student registration: 100 CAD + taxes until October 10 (late registration is 150 CAD + taxes)
Kingston is centrally located between Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa where the St. Lawrence River meets Lake Ontario. You can either fly directly to Kingston, or take a train from Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa. One popular option is to fly into Toronto Pearson (Air Canada), or Toronto Island (Porter Air) and take the train (just over 2 hours, with good wifi).
