Since the Arduino board's pins cannot have wires soldered to them, there is a possibility that the wires could come out of the pins if the controller is moved around too much. This can be remedied in two ways
Making sure that all of the components are secured in place properly on the final project will decrease the likelihood that the wires will come out of their pins on the board
Building the enclosure so that it can be easily opened ensure that the problem can be easily fixed if a wire becomes unplugged
Good wire management will help with figuring out which wire came out of it's pin, and make it quicker to fix the problem
