Conference Venue and Shuttle Service

CPAIOR 2026 will be held at the ESSEC Business School campus, which is located outside the central city area of Rabat.

To facilitate transportation, we will provide shuttle buses each morning from Rabat to the ESSEC campus and back to the city in the late afternoon.

• The shuttle buses will depart from and return to the ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus.

• Detailed schedules will be posted closer to the conference dates.

Braat Hôtel

A centrally located hotel offering a good balance between comfort and price.

• Located in the heart of the city

• Easy access to public transportation

Although Braat Hôtel is not the main shuttle departure point, it remains a popular choice due to its proximity to downtown amenities.

Student rooms at ESSEC Campus

For students and participants who prefer to stay close to the conference venue, a limited number of student rooms will be available directly on the ESSEC Rabat campus.

These rooms are located in the campus student residence and offer a simple and convenient accommodation option within walking distance of the conference facilities.

• Price: 50 € per night

• Availability: 30 rooms in total

• Allocation: 15 rooms for men and 15 rooms for women
