Yes. For your peace of mind and the safety of the property, exterior security cameras monitor all 4 sides of the villa. Please note that these cameras only cover outdoor areas and entrances; there are absolutely no cameras inside the villa, ensuring your total privacy. 

Absolutely. We offer high-speed, reliable internet with excellent Wi-Fi coverage both inside the villa and around the pool area, making it ideal for digital nomads and remote professionals. 

Yes, the villa features a fully private swimming pool reserved exclusively for your use, set within a beautifully landscaped exterior yard that offers peace and privacy. 

Yes, the villa features a dedicated EV charger setup, allowing you to charge your electric vehicle safely and conveniently during your stay. 

Both check-in and check-out are done in person. We love to welcome our guests personally, hand over the keys, and guide you through our unique smart home setup. Upon departure, we meet at 10:00 a.m. to safely receive the keys, hear your feedback, and say goodbye. Please arrange any early departures with us in advance.  

According to Greek law for short-term vacation rentals, we do not provide mid-stay cleaning services or change sheets. However, for longer stays, we can gladly put you in touch with independent professional cleaners whom you can hire directly upon request. 

No, pets are not allowed 

No pets or animals but yes, you might encounter a few friendly stray cats in the outdoor yard. We care deeply about animal welfare and help them survive by providing food and water outside. Our guests love to feed them too. 

Yes, you will find insects around the house, just like in any Greek house during the summer. And don't forget that this is a country house. But you do not have to worry; we perform regular pest control and we have insect screens on all windows
