Welcome to Cozy Focus Pal App (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, so please read them carefully.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of the App and for any in-app purchases made through the App.

2. In-App Purchases

Cozy Focus Pal App may offer optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as determined by Apple’s refund policies. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for any purchases made by you.

For billing disputes, please contact Apple directly. For other concerns, see Section 6 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law).

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Interfere with the App’s functionality

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our systems

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that could harm us, the App, or others.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Focus Pal App and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid, if any, for in-app purchases within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at cozyfocuspal@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the App.
