By downloading or using Cozy Focus (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Cozy Focus is a focus timer and productivity app designed to help users stay concentrated with simple timer tools, ambient sounds, and a calm interface. The App may include features such as:
Focus timer creation and adjustment
Work / break session settings
Session history or activity records
ASMR, ambient sounds, or sound preview features
Background, theme, or visual customization options
Saved settings and preferences
Optional premium features, export, copy, or share functions (if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Cozy Focus is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access (for ads, billing, analytics, or optional remote content)
Audio-related device features (for sound effects, ASMR, or playback, if enabled)
Vibration or haptic-related device features (if enabled)
Notification, alarm, or foreground service features (if used for timer behavior)
Photos / Media / Storage access (only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, or share features that require file access)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable law
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any settings, session records, exports, screenshots, or shared content you choose to create or store through the App.
Cozy Focus is provided as a general productivity and wellness utility app for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that timers, sounds, session history, saved preferences, notifications, or related features will always be perfectly available or error-free on all devices and in all situations.
The App is not intended to provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for any decisions, losses, disputes, or outcomes resulting from reliance on results, reminders, session records, or other information displayed or generated by the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local laws and platform policies.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local settings, saved sessions, sound selections, history, cached data, or preferences due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any timer interruptions, session tracking issues, playback failures, notification failures, export failures, or display issues
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, timer logic improvements, sound improvements, or performance improvements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
