For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying our breads within 2–3 days of purchase. Since our loaves are made without preservatives, they are best stored in a paper bag or storage bag at room temperature, or sliced and frozen for longer freshness
Freezing & Defrosting:
Our breads can be frozen whole or in slices. For best results, place them in a freezer-safe bag and enjoy within up to six months.
To defrost slices, simply leave them at room temperature or use your microwave’s defrost setting. Once thawed, toast or serve as desired.
For a whole loaf, defrost, wet the outside (either under the faucet or with a spray bottle), and warm in the oven at 300°F for 10–15 minutes to refresh the crust and texture.
