기프티월렛 개인정보처리방침

Cozycat Studio(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로 수집하고 안전하게 처리합니다. 기프티월렛은 회원가입 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 내 기프티콘 정보는 이용자 기기에만 저장되어 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.

• 기기 내 저장(서버 전송 없음): 이용자가 등록한 기프티콘 정보(브랜드·상품명·유효기간·바코드 번호·이미지). 사진 인식(OCR)은 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

• 회원가입 시(공유 기능 이용 시에만): 이메일 주소, 비밀번호, 자동 생성된 닉네임 및 친구 코드.

• 쿠폰 공유 시: 공유하는 쿠폰 정보(상품명·유효기간·바코드 번호·이미지) 및 공유 참여자 식별 정보.

• 유료 구독 시: 앱 마켓(Google Play / Apple App Store)의 구매 토큰 또는 거래 식별자, 구독 상태, 만료 일시.

• 알림 이용 시: 기기 알림 권한(개인정보를 별도로 수집하지 않음).

• 자동 수집(서비스 개선·안정화): 익명 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 사용 이벤트(쿠폰 등록·공유 버튼 탭 등 — 쿠폰번호 등 민감정보 제외), 앱 버전·기기 종류·OS, 앱 비정상 종료(크래시) 진단 정보. (Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics)

회사는 광고 식별자 수집이나 행태정보 기반 광고를 하지 않습니다. 자동 수집 정보는 통계·오류 진단 목적에만 사용합니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 회원 식별 및 공유 기능 제공(쿠폰 송수신, 참여자 확인)

• 유료 구독의 결제 검증 및 권한 관리

• 만료 임박 알림 등 서비스 제공

• 문의 응대 및 서비스 운영·개선

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간, 파기

• 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 탈퇴 시 관련 데이터(프로필·공유 쿠폰 등)는 연동 삭제됩니다.

• 공유 쿠폰 정보: 유효기간 경과 시 정기적으로 자동 삭제됩니다.

• 관련 법령에서 일정 기간 보관을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.

• 기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 쿠폰 공유 시, 이용자가 지정한 수신자에게 공유 대상 쿠폰 정보가 전달됩니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

회사는 안정적인 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업무를 위탁합니다.

• 백엔드 인프라(인증·데이터베이스·저장소): Supabase

• 결제 처리: Google(Google Play 결제), Apple(App Store 결제)

• 사용 통계·오류 진단: Google(Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)

수탁자는 위탁 목적 범위 내에서만 개인정보를 처리합니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외 이전

공유·구독 기능 이용 시 일부 정보가 국외 서버(Supabase, AWS 도쿄 리전 등)에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 이전 항목·국가·목적은 본 방침에 고지된 바와 같으며, 이용자는 공유·구독 기능을 이용하지 않음으로써 국외 이전을 원하지 않을 수 있습니다.

7. 정보주체의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴를 통해 계정 및 관련 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 통신 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 및 접근 권한 통제(행 수준 보안)

• 비밀번호 등 인증정보의 안전한 저장

• 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집

9. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 회원가입(공유 기능)을 이용할 수 없습니다.

Cozycat Studio（以下「当社」）は、韓国「個人情報保護法」等の関連法令を遵守し、利用者の個人情報を必要最小限で収集し、安全に取り扱います。Gifti Wallet（ギフティウォレット）は会員登録なしで利用でき、あなたのギフト券情報は利用者の端末にのみ保存され、当社サーバーには送信されません。

1. 収集する個人情報の項目および収集方法

当社は、サービスの提供に必要な最小限の情報のみを収集します。

• 端末内保存（サーバー送信なし）: 利用者が登録したギフト券情報（ブランド・商品名・有効期限・バーコード番号・画像）。写真の認識（OCR）は端末内でのみ処理されます。

• 会員登録時（共有機能の利用時のみ）: メールアドレス、パスワード、自動生成されたニックネームおよびフレンドコード。

• クーポン共有時: 共有するクーポンの情報（商品名・有効期限・バーコード番号・画像）および共有参加者の識別情報。

• 有料サブスクリプション利用時: アプリマーケット（Google Play / Apple App Store）の購入トークンまたは取引識別子、サブスクリプションの状態、有効期限。

• 通知の利用時: 端末の通知権限（個人情報を別途収集することはありません）。

• 自動収集（サービスの改善・安定化）: 匿名のアプリインスタンス識別子、利用イベント（クーポン登録・共有ボタンのタップ等 — クーポン番号などの機微情報は除く）、アプリバージョン・端末種類・OS、アプリの異常終了（クラッシュ）診断情報。（Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics）

当社は、広告識別子の収集や行動ターゲティング広告を行いません。自動収集された情報は、統計・エラー診断の目的にのみ使用します。

2. 個人情報の利用目的

• 会員の識別および共有機能の提供（クーポンの送受信、参加者の確認）

• 有料サブスクリプションの決済検証および権限管理

• 期限間近の通知などサービスの提供

• お問い合わせへの対応およびサービスの運営・改善

3. 個人情報の保有・利用期間および破棄

• 会員情報: 退会時に遅滞なく破棄します。退会時、関連データ（プロフィール・共有クーポン等）も連動して削除されます。

• 共有クーポン情報: 有効期限の経過後、定期的に自動削除されます。

• 関連法令により一定期間の保管が求められる場合は、当該期間保管した後に破棄します。

• 端末内データは、利用者がアプリまたはデータを削除すると共に削除されます。

4. 個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、利用者の個人情報を外部に提供しません。ただし、クーポン共有時には、利用者が指定した受信者に共有対象クーポンの情報が伝達されます。

5. 個人情報処理の委託

当社は、安定したサービス運営のため、以下の業務を委託しています。

• バックエンドインフラ（認証・データベース・ストレージ）: Supabase

• 決済処理: Google（Google Play決済）、Apple（App Store決済）

• 利用統計・エラー診断: Google（Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics）

受託者は、委託目的の範囲内でのみ個人情報を取り扱います。

6. 個人情報の国外移転

共有・サブスクリプション機能の利用時、一部の情報が国外のサーバー（Supabase、AWS東京リージョン等）に保存・処理されることがあります。移転される項目・国・目的は本ポリシーに記載のとおりです。国外移転を望まない場合は、共有・サブスクリプション機能を利用しないことを選択できます。

7. 情報主体の権利

利用者はいつでも、自己の個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を求めることができ、退会によりアカウントおよび関連情報を削除できます。権利行使は下記の連絡先までご請求ください。

8. 個人情報の安全性確保措置

• 通信区間の暗号化（HTTPS）およびアクセス権限の統制（行レベルセキュリティ）

• パスワード等の認証情報の安全な保存

• サービス提供に必要な最小限の情報のみ収集

9. 14歳未満の児童の個人情報

当社は、14歳未満の児童の個人情報を収集しません。14歳未満の児童は会員登録（共有機能）を利用できません。

11. 告知の義務

本ポリシーの内容に追加・削除・修正がある場合は、施行前にサービス内のお知らせを通じて告知します。

Gifti Wallet Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

Cozycat Studio (the "Company") complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary, processing it safely. Gifti Wallet can be used without creating an account, and your gift coupon data is stored only on your device — it is never transmitted to the Company's servers.

1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

The Company collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

• Stored on device (never sent to servers): gift coupon information registered by the user (brand, product name, expiry date, barcode number, image). Photo recognition (OCR) is processed entirely on the device.

• On account registration (only when using the sharing feature): email address, password, automatically generated nickname and friend code.

• When sharing a coupon: the shared coupon's information (product name, expiry date, barcode number, image) and identifiers of the sharing participants.

• On paid subscription: the app market's (Google Play / Apple App Store) purchase token or transaction identifier, subscription status, and expiration time.

• When using notifications: the device notification permission (no additional personal information is collected).

• Collected automatically (service improvement and stability): anonymous app instance identifier, usage events (such as coupon registration or share button taps — excluding sensitive data like coupon numbers), app version, device model, OS, and crash diagnostics. The Company does not collect advertising identifiers and does not serve behavioral advertising. Automatically collected information is used only for statistics and error diagnostics.

2. Purposes of Use

• Identifying members and providing the sharing feature (sending/receiving coupons, verifying participants)

• Verifying payments and managing entitlements for paid subscriptions

• Providing the Service, such as expiry reminders

• Responding to inquiries and operating/improving the Service

3. Retention Period and Destruction

• Member information: destroyed without delay upon account deletion. Related data (profile, shared coupons, etc.) is deleted together upon deletion.

• Shared coupon information: automatically deleted on a regular basis after the expiry date has passed.

• Where applicable laws require retention for a certain period, the information is retained for that period and then destroyed.

• On-device data is deleted when the user deletes the app or its data.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, when a coupon is shared, the shared coupon's information is delivered to the recipient designated by the user.

5. Outsourcing of Processing

The Company outsources the following tasks for stable service operation:

• Backend infrastructure (authentication, database, storage): Supabase

• Payment processing: Google (Google Play Billing), Apple (App Store payments)

• Usage statistics and error diagnostics: Google (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)

Contractors process personal information only within the scope of the outsourced purposes.

6. Cross-Border Transfer

When using the sharing or subscription features, some information may be stored and processed on servers located abroad (e.g., Supabase, AWS Tokyo region). The transferred items, countries, and purposes are as described in this policy. Users who do not wish their data to be transferred abroad may choose not to use the sharing and subscription features.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may delete their account and related information through account deletion. Requests can be made via the contact below.

8. Security Measures

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access control (row-level security)

• Secure storage of authentication credentials such as passwords

• Collection of only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service

9. Children Under 14

The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14. Children under 14 may not register an account (sharing feature).
