 Dormitory Terms and Conditions

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From [e.g., 12:00 PM

• Check-out: By [e.g., 11:00 AM]

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges.

2. Booking & Payment

• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

• Advance booking is confirmed only upon full/partial payment.

• Walk-in guests are accommodated based on availability.

• Group bookings (3+ people) may require prior approval.

3. House Rules

• Silence hours: [e.g., 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM]

• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol allowed inside the dormitory.

• Consumption of food is not allowed inside sleeping areas. Use the common area.

• No outsiders or unregistered guests are allowed inside dorms.

• Keep personal belongings organized and within your assigned bed/locker space.

4. Bunk Bed Use

• Guests must only use the assigned bunk/bed number.

• Each guest is provided with linen, blanket, pillow, and access to shared bathroom.

• Bunk beds are to be used safely—no jumping, climbing unsafely, or disturbing others.

• Lockers are available for storing valuables. Management is not responsible for lost items.

5. Shared Facilities

• Bathrooms, kitchens, and lounge areas are shared—please keep them clean for the next guest.

• Any damage to property or misuse of amenities may incur a penalty or repair charge.

6. Security & Liability

• CCTV is in operation in common areas for safety.

• The hostel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for their belongings and must lock their lockers when leaving.

7. Prohibited Behavior

• No harassment, loud arguments, or abusive language tolerated.

• Guests found violating rules may be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

• Repeated violations may be reported to authorities.

8. Staff Access

• Staff may enter dorm rooms for cleaning, inspection, or maintenance during the day.

• Please cooperate with staff and respect the hostel team.

9. Jurisdiction

• All legal disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dehradun jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By booking or checking in, you agree to abide by all terms and hostel policies.
