Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CozCiderCo. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CozCiderCo. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is returned after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
