I've been an animal and nature lover since early childhood, taking care of neighbors pets since I was 10 years old when they'd go on vacation. My college job was working on a farm taking care of farm dogs, cats, chickens, turtles and many gardens. As an ultramarathon runner, I love to run and walk with dogs; a feeling that provides both the human and dog a deep connection to teamwork, our essential nature and love. I have multiple certifications in dog behavior, development and training from Fetch Find Training. My wife and I have taken our rescue dogs across rivers, to the tops of mountains, beautiful snow and rainstorms, sand dunes and forests for thousands of miles of training and joy. As a former teacher and health care worker, I enjoy working with a wide range of cultures, abilities and backgrounds. I'm bilingual in Spanish/English.
