With 20 years prior experience of treating patients in London, and working in a variety of settings, Helen is delighted to bring her passion,  knowledge and profession to Argyll & Bute.

Having worked with colleagues in all aspects of healthcare, Helen strives for clinical excellence. She works closely with colleagues within osteopathy plus consultants and professionals from other disciplines.

Helen is a member of the Scottish Osteopathic Society and The Institute of Osteopathy. She also has membership with the Sutherland Cranial College and British Medical Acupuncture Society. 

Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy.

In addition to Osteopathy we are delighted that Fiona McCormack is available for counselling sessions. With a background in nursing she has a wealth of health knowledge and invaluable skills. She is a registered BACP practitioner.

Hypnotherapy, IEMT, NLP and Life Coaching.

Lyndsey Greer, an amazingly skilled practitioner, provides hypnotherapy, IEMT, NLP and life coaching to aid patients develop new positive responses to the multiple stresses we all encounter in our daily lives. She is a fully registered practitioner with all governing bodies for each of her skills.

Osteopathy connects the physical presentation of a person to their emotions and mental health, that the musculo-skeletal system is the graveyard of our emotions. So to be able to offer these services, as part of the clinic creates a safe space for you to optimism your health.
