Badge Tracking Sheets

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1) Please fill out the following registration form (once for each participant at the beginning of the program).

Your form submissions will help us measure the community impact of our program. Thank you in advance for filling this out for us.

2) Download and print the 'Badge Tracking Sheet' for your age group. LINKS PROVIDED BELOW.

  • There are two pages to print: a tracking sheet and the set of corresponding badges.

  • Best if printed in colour, but black-and-white is okay too.

** No printer? Download the electronic tracking sheet and badges instead.

3) Read the challenge descriptions for your age group (posted on this website) and complete a challenge. You can complete the challenges in any order.

4) Cut out and place the corresponding badge for that challenge on your 'Badge Tracking Sheet'. Be careful to place the correct badge in the correct location.

** No printer? Copy/paste the corresponding badge onto your electronic tracking sheet.

5) Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have completed all 16 challenges.

6) Send us an email with a picture of your completed 'Badge Tracking Sheet' at Equipe.Francobotique@gmail.com.

7) Post your 'Badge Tracking Sheet' somewhere for all to see, and be proud of your accomplishments.
