It is very fortunate to see the United States declining in their place in both new cases and deaths per day. Although it is unfortunate other countries such as India and Brazil are still suffering from widespread. (May 2021)

In the past month (May and June 2021), India has seen a mass increase in cases, which was followed by deaths due to lack of resources and personnel.

• India has seen the most deaths and cases than many other coutries and has seen a new variant of covid-19

Given the mass vaccine rollout in the United States they have now been less frequent in the primary position in the new deaths and new cases graph (Spring 2021)

• Brazil and India seem to have taken the first and second place in new deaths and cases maybe given from a ressurgence of a new variant or slow AstraZeneca vaccine rollout, many do believe the vaccine used in the India and Brazil had a low effectiveness against Covid-19

The United States has been frequently seen as the leader in all four categories analyzed above

As of the end of December the United Kingdom has shown to be constantly in the top 10 for new cases (second most highest)

• This can be explained by the occurance of a new, more infectious, strain of the Covid-19 virus in the UK
