COVID-19 Data

The State of Michigan COVID-19 Dashboard displays the most recent provisional data reported to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) about cases in Michigan by selected demographics and county of residence (City of Detroit and Wayne County are reported separately). 

MI Safe Start Map is a dashboard designed to monitor the status of COVID-19 indicators across the state of Michigan. The dashboard tracks and displays the current risk level of Michigan regions and counties due to COVID-19. 

The Act Now Coalition is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by volunteers in March 2020. Covid Act Now is our COVID-focused initiative to help people make informed decisions by providing timely and accurate data about COVID in the U.S. 

Maps, charts, and data provided by CDC, updates Mon-Fri by 8 pm ET. This site provides an integrated, county view of key data for monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.

This site displays genome data from SARS-CoV-2 sequences deposited in the GISAID global database. We aggregate three week rolling averages of PANGO lineages in different locations. A select set of lineages are plotted, with other lineages grouped into their parental lineages. 

CoVariants provides an overview of SARS-CoV-2 variants and mutations that are of interest. Here, you can find out what mutations define a variant, what impact they might have (with links to papers and resources), where variants are found, and see the variants in Nextstrain builds!
