Article 1 [Purpose and Definitions]

Covenant Labs (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting your privacy and is responsible for determining and controlling the types of personal information we collect and how it is used and shared through the beta versions of the "Covenant Child" games available through the covenantchild.io website, the Covenant Child Marketplace website, and the Covenant Child app, together with the software and any content contained or included therein (collectively, the "Game Services").

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect when you interact with us through the Game Services and how we use and share it. Please read this Privacy Policy before using our Game Services.

Article 2 [Effect of and Changes to the Terms]

1. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. 

2. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date listed above. Please check back regularly for updates to this Privacy Policy. 

3. Your continued use of the Game Services following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

4. This Privacy Policy applies after the "open beta" version of the Game Services, and any future versions of the Game Services may be subject to a different Privacy Policy.  

5. If we revise the Terms, we will notify you at least 7 days prior to the effective date by posting a notice in the Game or on a screen connected to it, specifying the effective date, the content of the revision, and the reason for the revision.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, where applicable.

Article 3 [Information Collection and Use]

We collect several different types of information for different purposes to provide and improve the Game Services to you. We may collect the following categories of personal information from you when you transact with us.

1. Identifiers, we may collect your name, email address, wallet address, date of birth, age, username, and password. 

2. Any information you submit to our Help Center through your game or email.

3. Data to identify the “lost account” in our company

4. Internet or other electronic network activity information (including Internet usage records, search records, analysis information). In addition, computer Internet protocol address (eg IP address), browser type, browser version, our game service page, visit time and date, time spent on that page, unique device identifier and other diagnostic data Can be collected. If you access our game service via mobile devices or through mobile devices, these data are used for mobile devices, mobile devices unique ID, mobile device IP address, mobile operating system, and you use It may include information such as mobile internet browser type, unique device identifier and other diagnostic data.

6. We may collect and store information about your computer hardware, software, system specifications, internet IP address, your online activities (including, but not limited to, your use of our Online Properties) and patterns of such activities through available legitimate technical services.

7. You may choose not to accept/allow these information tracking technologies, methods and/or services that we perform, including blocking cookies by changing your web browser settings, but this may prevent some features of our online properties from functioning properly. 

If you are signed in to Google when you access the Game Services, we may collect additional personal information.

All personal information collected, except for email addresses, will be deleted except where retention of such information is required to comply with applicable law. Such email addresses will be deleted after two years when they are no longer used in connection with the Services or any future services provided by the Company.

In accordance with South Korea's data laws, the following information will be retained for the periods stated for each reason, and will never be used for any other purpose.

Article 4 [Payment]

When you purchase products or services, such as virtual currency or virtual goods, through our Services (referred to as "in-app purchases"), we may collect certain payment information from you on behalf of our payment service provider. If you purchase our products or services through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store), you must provide certain payment and billing information directly to that third-party platform, and we do not collect or store any payment information from you.

Article 5 [Data Use]

We use the data we collect for a variety of business purposes, including

1. To communicate with you and send you information you have requested.

2. To market and provide our gaming services to you.

3. To improve your experience when you interact with us.

4. To improve our brand and gaming services.

5. To perform analysis.

6. To protect the security and integrity of our gaming services.

Article 7 [Sharing Personal Information We Collect]

We may share your personal information with the following types of entities for the business purposes described above

1. Our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

Service providers and vendors who may use your personal information in connection with the Game Services and who must not otherwise use or disclose your personal information.

 i. Hatchlabs Advertising Corporation (for marketing-related purposes)

ii. suppliers we may add in the future (which will be announced after we amend our Privacy Policy)

2. Other Entities
   i. as permitted by law
   ii. in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets
   iii. in the event of our bankruptcy
   iv. as necessary to comply with a law enforcement or regulatory agency request or other legal process
   v. In case of safe protection of personal information of our website visitors

We do not sell any personal information.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals ("Service Providers") to facilitate our Game Services, to provide Game Services on our behalf, to perform Service-related Game Services, or to help us monitor and analyze how our Game Services are used..

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We may also disclose Personal Data for the following reasons.

1. To comply with our legal obligations

2. To protect and defend the rights or property of the Company

3. To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Game Services

4. To protect the personal safety of users of the Game Services or the public

5. To protect against legal liability

The Company is not responsible for any problems caused by the leakage of personal information such as account ID and password due to the user's own carelessness or Internet problems.

Depending on where you live, applicable laws may give you certain rights to control your personal information.  These rights may include the following

We do not respond to the tracking signal.

Article 9 [Prohibited Data Transfers and Collections]

We are a global organization. Your personal information may be transferred, processed, and stored outside of your country of residence. These countries may not have equivalent data protection laws.  When we transfer your personal information, we do so using data transfer mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

We do not request or intend to collect "special categories of information," such as information about racial or ethnic origin, religious practice, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, or sexual orientation. Please use caution when sharing this information about yourself (or others) in our community.

Article 10 [Data Security]

We have certain physical, electronic, contractual, and managerial safeguards in place to protect the security and privacy of your personal information. No company can completely eliminate the security risks associated with handling information on the Internet. We encourage you to exercise caution when accessing Wi-Fi hotspots and other communication networks.

Article 11 [Links to Third Parties]

Our gaming services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or game services.

Article 12 [Children's Personal Information]

Our Game Services are not directed at persons under the age of 18 ("Children"), and Children are not permitted to use our Game Services. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with any Personal Information, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers.

Article 13 [Changes to this Privacy Policy]

We can update the privacy policy from time to time. We post a new personal information processing policy here and notify the changes.

We will notify other members such as the official website and community (SNS), which are noticeable about email or our service before the change is implemented.

It is a good idea to review this personal information processing policy periodically and check if there are any changes. Changes in this personal information processing policy tend to be effective from posting on this page.

Article 14 [Changing Your Personal Information]

You can access and change some of your personal information in the 'My Account' section of online assets. In order to use some of the features of the 'My Account' section, please note that we can request to match your response for identification through the questions about your personal information you first provided.
