CourtConnect respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and personal data. You can delete your account and associated data at any time using the options below.
You can permanently delete your account from within the CourtConnect app by following these steps:
Open the CourtConnect app.
Go to Account Settings.
Tap the red “Delete My Account” button.
Confirm the deletion request when prompted.
Your profile is permanently removed from our database.
Your authentication account is deleted.
You are automatically logged out and returned to the splash screen.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by email.

Please include:
Your registered email address
The app name (CourtConnect)
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Our support team will verify your request and process the deletion.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
User profile information
Authentication credentials
App-related account data stored in our systems
No personal account data is retained after deletion.
Deletion is processed promptly after confirmation.
Some non-personal, aggregated, or anonymized data (if any) may be retained for legal, security, or analytics purposes, but it cannot be linked back to you.
Account deletion is irreversible.
You must be the account owner to request deletion.
If you used third-party sign-in (e.g., Google), your CourtConnect account data is still fully deleted from our systems.
