When writing to us, please include the mobile number registered withyour account, the name of your team or firm, and a short descriptionof the problem. If the issue relates to a particular matter, tell usthe case title. Please do not send passwords or verification codes —we will never ask you for them.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I sign in?Court Master signs you in with your mobile number. Enter your numberon the login screen and we send a one-time verification code by SMS.Enter that code to continue. There is no password to remember or lose.
I did not receive the verification code.Check that the number you entered is correct and that your phone hassignal. Codes can take up to a minute to arrive. If nothing arrives,request a new code, or write to us at managelit@aglaw.in with thenumber you are trying to use.
How do I add a case?Open the app and create a new matter from the dashboard. Record thecase details, the parties, and the court the matter is listed before.The matter then appears in your list and on your calendar.
How do I track hearing dates?Hearing dates you record against a matter appear in the in-appcalendar, which shows what is coming up next. If notifications areenabled, the app can also alert you when a matter you work on changes.
How do I work with my colleagues?Court Master is built around teams — a chamber, a set, or a law-firmgroup. Invite a colleague by email address or mobile number from theteam screen. Once they join, you can share matters and documents withthem and everyone sees updates as they happen.
Can I store documents against a case?Yes. Pleadings, orders, annexures and other files can be attached tothe matter they relate to, so they are available on your phone whenyou need them.
Notifications are not arriving.Check that notifications are allowed for Court Master in your devicesettings, and that you are signed in. If they still do not arrive,write to us with your registered mobile number.
How do I delete my account?Open the app and go to Profile, then Delete account. Because a team'smatters are a shared professional record, deletion is requested thereand takes effect when a partner in your team approves it. If you arethe only partner in your team, the request is yours to approve. Youmay withdraw a pending request at any time before it is decided.
You can also request deletion without installing the app, by writingto managelit@aglaw.in from the email address or mobile numberregistered with your account. Full details are in Annexure A of ourPrivacy Policy.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?We erase your account record, your name and mobile number, yourauthentication record, your push tokens, and any invitation addressedto you that was still pending. If you are the last active member of ateam, the team is deleted with your account, together with everymatter, note, timeline entry and document in it. If other membersremain, the team's shared record continues.
Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?No. Court Master contains no advertising SDK, no attribution SDK andno third-party product-analytics SDK. We do not serve advertising, wedo not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we havenever sold or shared your personal data for advertising.
