Band Members

LUCY PICKERING Vocals, Piano and Guitar

Lucy has been a professional singer for over twenty years. She has sung aboard some of the world’s most prestigious cruise liners, and in festivals, musical theatre productions and music venues around the UK. Lucy regularly fronts Singalongamusicals in the Brighton Fringe, Blue Calluna Band, and the Chris Coull Big Band, as well as performing in various jazz and pop duos, trios and quartets. As a member of Terry Pack’s Trees, Lucy has performed at South Coast Jazz Festival and Love Supreme Jazz Festival. Alongside Alex Eberhard and Rachel Myers, Lucy performs in Cellophane Flowers, an acoustic trio performing Beatles songs in close harmony. She also performs as a solo piano/vocalist and is a vocal coach at Brighton Academy of Performing Arts.

Beccy Rork, Soprano Sax

She studied Jazz, Popular and Contemporary Music at Leeds College of Music, where she played tenor and alto saxophone, clarinet and flute in a variety of ensembles of different genres.

Beccy’s melodic style and warm tone have been likened to that of Paul Desmond, Art Pepper and Bud Shank. She performs regularly throughout the UK and Europe with a myriad of artists, and has recorded for radio, television and Sky. She has also performed at Festivals such as Love Supreme, Chidfest and the Brighton and Edinburgh Festivals.

Andy Williams, Guitar

Andy has worked with many of Britain's finest musicians, including Alan Barnes, Liane Carroll and Martin Taylor. He has opened shows for Courtney Pine and Randy Crawford amongst others, and has played Ronnie Scotts Club, the Royal Festival Hall, the Royal Albert Hall as well as many major worldwide venues. Andy is a first call session guitarist and has recorded at Abbey Road Studios.


Terry Pack, Bass

With a career spanning more than four decades, and including spells with The Enid, Cozy Powell, Graham Bonnet and Steve Hackett to name but a few, Terry has in recent years turned his focus onto jazz and improvised music. His recent collaborations read like a Who’s Who of the British jazz scene - Claire Martin, The Cloggz, Ben Castle, Bobby Wellins, Nigel Price, Martin France. Terry is the bandleader and composer at the heart of Trees, an unfeasibly large ensemble who perform an eclectic mix of contemporary and groove based compositions.


Milo Fell, Drums

Milo has been playing jazz professionally for over 20 years, while living in Manchester, London and Brighton. He has performed with many leading UK and international players as well as being a long standing member of bands led by saxophonists Tim Whitehead and Tony Woods, US singer Mark Murphy's UK rhythm section, The Cinematic Orchestra and Tango Siempre.

Since moving to Brighton in 2013, Milo plays regularly with The Mingus Underground Octet, Terry Pack's Trees, Terry Seabrook and John Donaldson amongst others.
