Welcome to Couples Games. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Couples Games, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use this App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Couples Games is a party game application that provides themed question cards for couples. The App includes both free and premium content.
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Free Trial
Couples Games offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the free trial, you will have full access to all premium content. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
3.2 Subscription Plans
After the free trial period, the subscription renews automatically at $4.99 per week (or the equivalent in your local currency) unless cancelled. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
3.3 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial period.
3.4 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.5 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
3.6 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription through the Settings screen within the App.
4. CONTENT
4.1 The App contains content intended for adults aged 18 and older. Some categories include mature themes.
4.2 All questions, categories, and game content are provided by Couples Games and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
4.3 Game content may be updated periodically. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content at any time.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Share or redistribute premium content
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, graphics, and software in the App are the property of Couples Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couples Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
