2. Subscription Information
   When you subscribe to premium content, all payments are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not collect or store:

We only receive confirmation from Apple that a subscription is active, renewed, expired, or canceled.

3. Advertising Data
   Free users may see advertisements delivered by Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google may collect:

Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Couple Games mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

These Terms are in addition to Apple’s App Store Terms and policies.

Age Requirement
The App contains mature content and is intended for users aged 18 and older.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App

• Copy or distribute App content

• Use the App commercially

• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
  
  

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Couple Games offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium content.

Available Subscriptions:

• Weekly Premium Subscription
  Renews every 7 days

• Monthly Premium Subscription
  Renews every month

• Annual Premium Subscription
  Renews every year

Subscription Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

• Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

• Canceling does not refund the current active period

No free trials are offered.

Restoring Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID via the App’s settings.

Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities.

Intellectual Property
All App content, including text, graphics, card content, and software, is owned by Couple Games and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute App content.

Third-Party Services
The App uses:

• Apple StoreKit for subscription processing

• Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertisements (free users only)

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for subscription access during the previous 12 months.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate use at any time by deleting the App.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.

General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
