These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Couple AI (the "App"). The App provides AI-powered communication coaching, conversation analysis, and suggested replies based on screenshots and context you choose to provide.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the App if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
The App allows you to:
Upload chat screenshots that you choose from your photo library.
Add optional context about a conversation.
Receive AI-generated conversation feedback.
Receive suggested replies in selected styles.
Practice communication scenarios and review general relationship communication guidance.
The App is intended for communication assistance, entertainment, education, and self-improvement. It does not replace your own judgment.
The App does not provide legal, medical, mental health, therapy, financial, or other professional advice. The App's suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated content. Do not rely on the App in emergencies, unsafe situations, abusive relationships, self-harm situations, or situations requiring professional support.
If you believe you or someone else may be in danger, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
"User Content" means any screenshots, text, context, feedback, or other material you provide through the App.
You are responsible for your User Content. You confirm that:
You have the rights and permissions needed to upload or use the User Content.
Your User Content does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
Your User Content does not include illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or abusive material.
You will avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable having it processed to provide the App's features.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to process User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App, and to comply with law.
The App uses AI systems to generate analysis and suggested replies. AI output can be wrong, biased, unsafe, repetitive, or not appropriate for your relationship or context.
You agree that:
You are responsible for reviewing any output before using it.
You will not present AI-generated content as guaranteed truth.
You will not use generated content to deceive, harass, exploit, impersonate, manipulate, or harm others.
You will not use the App to make decisions that require professional advice or human review.
We do not guarantee that any generated suggestion will improve a relationship, conversation, dating outcome, or personal result.
You agree not to use the App to:
Break any law or violate another person's rights.
Upload content you do not have permission to use.
Harass, threaten, abuse, bully, exploit, or impersonate others.
Generate or send spam, scams, phishing messages, or deceptive content.
Create sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors.
Promote violence, self-harm, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity.
Upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the App.
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or misuse the App or its services.
Bypass paywalls, subscription checks, security measures, or usage limits.
Use the App to train competing AI models or build a competing service without permission.
We may restrict or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful way.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

The App requests photo library access only so you can select screenshots for analysis. You are responsible for reviewing selected screenshots before upload and ensuring they do not contain information you do not want processed.
You can manage photo permissions through your device settings.
The App may offer premium features, subscriptions, trials, or paid access. If available on iOS, digital purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Subscription terms, pricing, trial periods, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's App Store terms.
You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
We may change, add, or remove premium features over time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
If you contact us with feedback or support requests, you grant us permission to use your message to respond, troubleshoot, improve the App, and maintain records.

The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, features, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the App only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law or these Terms.
The App may rely on third-party services, including Google Firebase, Firebase AI, Google Gemini, Apple App Store services, and email services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, policies, or content.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may release updates that change features, design, limits, supported devices, or service behavior.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and suitability of generated content.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will meet your expectations.
The App will produce accurate or appropriate suggestions.
The App will improve your relationships or conversations.
The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, reputational harm, or misuse of generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App during the three months before the claim arose, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the App.
Your User Content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.
Your use of AI-generated output.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, create legal exposure, or misuse the App.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the App operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
You may have additional rights under the laws of your country, state, or region.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
