We will begin marketing your sale on various sites once the contract is signed and the date is set. This gives advanced notice that an estate sale is coming up and allows customers to look forward to attending the sale.

Customers are more likely to purchase items if they are displayed in an attractive manner. We will begin staging your home to transform it into a sales venue by cleaning, organizing and arranging the contents to be sold. This includes items inside the home, garage, sheds etc.

Once the home is staged we will begin pricing the items for the sale. We provide price tags on every single item to be sold, making it easy for customers to purchase the items that they are interested in.

Customers will be excited to attend your sale as they are greeted by our friendly staff and familiar faces because we are a local company. We will have serveral staff members available at the sale to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience and make your sale successful.

Once the sale has ended we will handle removing any items left over and sweep the home out at no additional charge.
