Volunteers

Adult Volunteer Jobs:

We cannot run these meets without volunteers and it’s a great way to be involved! Every family is required to work at least 4 jobs for the season regardless of how many meets your swimmer participates in. 

• Please sign up for no more than 4 jobs at first. We want to be sure there are jobs for every family. 

• Pre- and post-meet jobs are limited to 2 sign ups initially to give everyone a chance to get them if they need them. If you sign up for more, we will delete the extra sign ups.

• If you have special circumstances, please let us know and we will work with you to make sure you get your job obligation filled. 

• Please remember that if we have a rained out meet, our rain dates are 7/16 and 7/21. Please keep these dates available in case we have to move the meet. Last year, we had a few meets rescheduled and some of the kids missed out on swimming. Our meet dates are early this year, so please try to stay available.

7/16/26: Annual Pancake Breakfast
