Fursuit TOS

• Prices are in USD 

• Payments can be paid through E-transfer (Canada only) or PayPal. 

• Payment plans are accepted for anything over 1,000 USD. Everything else must be paid in full. 

• I will allow payment plans upto 2 months at any frequency and any amount above 300$. 

• Refunds will only be issued if it has not been paid for in full and I'm still working on the project, anytime after the project is completed I will not issue a refund. 

• If doing a payment plan, a down payment must be made, I will let you know how much beforehand. (this is to pay for all materials) 

• My life is busy, I work, I have animals to care for, and I am in school. I try my 

best to have a quick turnaround time, and can work around dates and timelines within a reasonable amount of time. but please take into consideration that I might be slower at certain times. 

• I have the right to refuse and cancel any commissions.

 • I provide many wips and progress photos every time I have any update so please do not pester me with asking constantly, it is unfair to me. I will give updates when I have something for you. 

• In regards to fursuits, I will not work with anyone under the age of 18. This is for my own safety. 

• Shipping can vary in price, going from 60$-200+$ and it is not included in the original price, buyers from the USA must also pay the tariffs included in shipping

• I am willing to make fixes if the commissioner is willing to get the suit back to me and pay for shipping both back to me and back to the commissioner. I will charge a flat rate of 50$ for any fixes and may charge more depending on what needs to be fixed. I will not fix small rips and tears, if you own anything sewn you need to learn to fix any popped seams or small rips.

• When commissioning me, you may ask for quotes (which are free) and you must know what you want, if you can’t tell me what you want or are constantly changing or adding onto the commission I will terminate the commission. I don’t mind answering questions and giving a second opinion on something but if I’m making every single decision I will terminate it.
