By downloading or using CountMate (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
CountMate is a counting utility app designed to help users track counts, goals, and related records in a clean and simple interface. The App may include features such as:
Single counter and/or multiple counter tracking
Goal setting and progress tracking
Sound and/or vibration feedback for counter actions
Saved counters, favorites, presets, or recent items (if available)
Local history of counter records stored on-device (if available)
Optional export, copy, or share features for counter results (if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
CountMate is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access (for ads, billing, analytics, or optional remote content)
Vibration access (for haptic feedback, if supported and enabled)
Audio-related device features (for sound feedback, if enabled)
Photos / Media / Storage access (only if the App provides save, export, or share features that require file access)
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any content you choose to save, export, copy, or share from the App.
CountMate is provided as a general counting and tracking tool for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that counts, saved records, or app behavior will always be error-free in all situations.
You are responsible for verifying any important counts or records before relying on them. The App is not intended for legal, medical, financial, industrial, safety-critical, or emergency use. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on information shown or stored in the App.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local history, saved counters, presets, cached data, or settings due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any counting inaccuracies, missing records, export failures, or sync-related expectations where no sync service is provided
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, or performance improvements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
