PRIVACY POLICY FOR COUNTIEE

This Privacy Policy describes how the "Countiee" mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use it on your device. By installing or using Countiee you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
1. WHO WE ARE
Countiee is an independent mobile application developed and maintained by Zak John. You can reach us at benchmarkx76@gmail.com for any privacy-related questions or requests.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect, store, sell, share or transmit any personal data about you. Specifically:
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or any other identifier.
- We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device.
- Any input you make in the App (for example, the timer duration) is held in temporary memory on your device and is discarded when the App is closed.
3. PERMISSIONS
To function, the App requests the following Android permissions:
- VIBRATE — used only to vibrate your device when your countdown reaches zero, so you are alerted to the end of the timer. This permission does not collect or transmit any information.
- INTERNET — declared by the underlying React Native framework. The App itself does not make network requests, send data off the device, or load remote content during normal use.
You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device's Settings.
4. DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
All timer activity happens locally on your device in volatile memory. The App does not write your usage to any server, file, cloud database or third party. Nothing is uploaded, synced or backed up by the App.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Countiee is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect information related to your download, installation, device and use of the Play Store itself. That data is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We have no access to that data.
7. SECURITY
Because Countiee does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data for us to lose, leak or expose. Your device's own operating-system security protects the App's local memory.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. If you wish to remove all App data from your device, simply uninstall the App.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new policy at the same URL where you originally read it. Material changes will be highlighted in the App's release notes.
