Following a check of the NHS Grampian Pharmacy Practice Committee Summary of Applications we can confirm that the application outcome as submitted by JMF Healthcare Ltd for a new pharmacy at Unit 2, Wisely Place, Countesswells has been granted.

For full transparency, residents should be aware that this decision is subject to appeal by interested parties as per the stipulated guidelines of application. The deadline for appeal is Wednesday 5 August 2026 and only available on the basis of a procedural issue during the process.

If the timeline remains on track the next step will include the fitting out of the unit and preparation for open. In our previous minutes this was targeted for approx. October 2026.
