STEP 1: CONNECT WITH YOUR MENTOR

Connect with your mentor to book an Onboarding Call to help you get started! This is a 20-30 minute call to get to know you, your goals, and to support you in launching your clean beauty business. Remember, it's always YOUR business, YOUR way.

STEP 2: SET UP YOUR PERSONAL SHOPPING LINK

Your personal website (PWS) is your business hub and also your shopping link to share.

Your clients can purchase from both the US and Canada to earn your commission! They choose the flag on your website.

Edit the following URLs to share your shopping link:

UNITED STATES: www.beautycounter.com/firstnamelastnam

STEP 3: DOWNLOAD THE APP

Download the Beautycounter app on your iphone for access to your business. Save marketing assets, place client orders, share referral links, track your Personal Volume, commissions and more!

STEP 4: LOG IN TO BEHIND THE COUNTER

Behind the Counter (BTC) is your business hub! To enter, login to your PWS using the email and password you created when enrolling. Find the icon in the top corner to access BTC. Then, use the left sidebar to navigate the space!

STEP 5: SET UP COUNTERPAY

You can find CounterPay from BTC by clicking on your initials/photo icon in the top right corner, select Counterpay and follow the prompts. You can also access it from an email that Beautycounter HQ will have sent you.
