The app includes countdown categories such as 24 Hours, 7 Days, 30 Days, and 365 Days, along with calendar-based event management features.

Information entered by users, including event names, dates, notes, categories, and optional photos, is stored locally on the user's device and is used solely to provide app functionality. Countdown Plus does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The app may request permission to send notifications in order to provide reminders for upcoming events. Users can choose reminder schedules such as at the event time, 24 hours before, 7 days before, 30 days before, or 1 year before an event. Notification settings can be changed or disabled at any time through the app or device settings.

If users choose to add images to events, Countdown Plus may request access to device photos, media files, or storage. These permissions are used only to display user-selected images within the application and are not used to collect personal information.

Countdown Plus provides customisation features, including Light Theme, Dark Theme, and Purple Theme. Theme preferences are stored locally on the user's device to personalise the user experience and are not shared with third parties.

The calendar feature helps users view, organise, and manage events. Calendar data, event categories, reminders, and display preferences are stored locally and remain under the user's control.

The application is supported by advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. Advertising providers may collect certain non-personal information, including advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location data, and app interaction information to deliver and measure advertisements. Any information collected by advertising partners is governed by their own privacy policies.

To improve app quality and stability, Countdown Plus may collect anonymous diagnostic information, crash reports, and performance data. This information is used solely to identify technical issues and improve the application's functionality and user experience.
