I am keen to do Pixel-Art, non-NFT, SFW comissions. PM me on Twitter, or Discord - payment upfront (standard, you trusting me is easier than me trusting you; my public image as an artist is at stake if I don't deliver..) via Paypal (or any other method that is convenient enough, but there won't be many since I most likely don't live in your country.) Generally for a medium-size sprite or image it would be $35-$45 but it depends, how specific your request is. If you want something very specific then spare no words in telling me exactly how you want it, so we're all happy when I am finished. If you don't really know but you have a vibe in mind, I will use my design skills but probably have you involved during the sketching phase. If animation is involved the price would vary quite a bit.
