My work is to provide extra help during times when you can’t see clearly what to do or how your own habits might be contributing to your pain.
These are times when we need a safe harbor and a way to anchor ourselves.
My counselling is based on the hope that we can sit together in a safe and trusting place and have a conversation about how your life can be better.
