Referrals
Along with self-referrals, referrals may come from hospitals, the legal system, churches, schools, and other clinics.
Assessments may also be required by the court, employer, school, Human Services, and other outside sources.

Outpatient treatment is recommended for individuals dealing with issues of adjustment, reactions to stress, mental health conditions, anger management, grief or loss, addiction to drugs, alcohol or gambling, and many other personal reasons. Other people may be involved in the treatment per the discretion of the client. These people may include but are not limited to a parent/guardian, spouse, or partner.
