Schedule a Photo Session with your Photographer Today
While the farm is available all season long for sessions; the holiday season is the busiest so we book up quickly. Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We DO NOT close our farm during a photography session. We find that with 180 acres there is enough space for everyone. However, the driveway may be more congested on the weekends-we recommend taking those shots early in the morning or during the week days for less chances of capturing vehicles as they are coming and going.

Rules
^We love our photographers! And we especially love when you post or share your photos with us! Please share and tag Coulter's Tree Farm - @coulterstreefarm - for any photos taken and placed on social media platforms. However, if you do share your photos with us by email, text, dropbox, or post to our social media pages; you must include your studio logo/name on the photo. Photos submitted to us directly or shared online that are not marked with your studio name may be reused without attibution as we receive hundreds of photos of the farm each year. Sometimes one farm photo looks awfully similar to another despite individual artistic skill. If we find a photo we really want to use for promotional purposes, we will contact you directly regarding obtaining an unmarked copy and to discuss attribution. We will take photos ourselves during the season for such purposes and take great pains to make sure we do not get identifiable information such as license plates and direct shots of faces. Guests who find they are in a shot are encouraged to tag themselves of course!
^Please inform your guests to be dressed and prepared for photo sessions as we have no available changing rooms and only a portable bathroom.
^No nude or lingerie photos are allowed on the farm
^Vehicle must remain on the trails and paths that are plowed. Exercise caution when walking in the woods.
^Do not cut or break tree branches or entire trees. If you would like boughs, we can provide a bundle for you to use during the session. You or your client may purchase a tree for the standard price.
^You are required to inform your clients and children of the above rules and help to enforce them
^Children must be supervised at all times
^Reservations may include 1-2 photographers and one family or small group (3-6 individuals). If you wish to photograph a wedding or a larger group please call us at (810)614-4420 to arrange an appropriate time schedule and pricing.
^Your reservation enables you and your clients to be at the farm during your scheduled times. We encourage you to set a timer on your phone to ensure you do not lose track of time, as we may have other scheduled photographers or events following yours. Please be courteous of other photographer's reserved times or other events going on at the farm.
^You may bring your own props but they must be picked up and removed within your allotted time. Please no loose tinsel in the trees as it is very harmful to the wildlife.
^If these rules are not followed or we deem your conduct inappropriate in our sole discretion, we have the right to ask you to leave.
^Photographers may arrive 30 minutes early to prepare and check lighting requirements. However, you must meet your client by the Santa house and lead them to your photo location. Generally, customers will not disturb your set up as you meet your client up front, but in the case that it does occur we are not liable in any way.
^Impolite, rude or offensive social media posts regarding Coulters Tree Farm, its owners or employees may result in cancellation of future reservations or denial of reservation requests.
