2025 UPDATES

Pricing-prices are still the same as last year. $40 for any tree $5 to wrap/shake.

Four years ago was the first in over a decade that we have decided to raise prices. Unfortunately, two year our costs skyrocketed and we had to raise prices again. It was not a decision we took lightly but due to rising costs all of our trees are now $40 for any size. Shaking and wrapping is still $5. Coffee, hot cocoa, and candy canes are still FREE. 

We believe your tree shouldn't cost more than the gifts under it. 

We have added a post office box that goes directly to the North Pole. Make sure the kiddos bring those letters to mail to Santa.

The Market Store-

A few years we opened a small marketplace to sell handcrafted items made by our very own resident grandma, Terry; her sister, Sandy; and owner, Patti. The Market will be open during regular business hours for the entire 2025 tree season, so check out what we have been busy making. The store currently accepts cash, check, PayPal, and Venmo for payment. Trees are separate and remain cash or check. Stock is replenished as fast as we can knit, paint, and glue. Items include blankets, mittens, stockings, ornaments, mugs, shawls, signs, holiday decor, wreaths, woodland creations, refinished furniture, and so much more. Check out photos on Facebook. 

The Lum Candle Co.-Patti has also expanded her entrepreneurial experiences and started her very own hand poured soy and coconut wax business. Candles and scent products use cotton wicks and phthalate free oils. Check out all the wonderful candles, lotion bars, room spray, and melts we carry exclusively at The Market @ Coulter's Tree Farm. Barnwood & Butter-This year we have invited local bakery, Barnwood & Butter, to our farm during busy weekends to offer their fresh baked delicious goodies to our customers. Be sure to check them out in the pop up tent. I promise you won't be disappointed. Be sure to check them out on Facebook to get goodies all year long.

HOURS: We are open 6 days a week (closed on Wednesdays). We WILL be open on Thanksgiving and Black Friday (yes, bailing and shaking will be available these days too). 

Weekdays Noon-5:30pm with NO shaking and bailing available; Weekends 9am (10am on Sunday)-5:30pm YES shaking and bailing available.

We are committed to providing a safe Christmas tree experience for all of our customers. We will continue to sanitize surfaces and saws between customers. Customers are encouraged to wear masks if they feel the need to but they ARE NOT required.
