You are responsible for timely payment of your subscription fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if your payment fails.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to subscribe to the Service. 2.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal business purposes only. 2.3. You are prohibited from: * Sharing your account credentials with anyone else. * Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. * Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. * Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

7.1. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by Litigation.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
10. Severability
10.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the CostMasterApp website or within the app itself. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
