PARAMETERS/GUIDELINES

• Commit to 6 months of monthly and casual in-person meetings (lunch, coffee, walk, etc) to discuss challenges, goals of being a woman in STEAM profession.
• Willing to offer personal experiences, guidance, advice and friendship
• Prepared to invest a couple hours/month to this relationship (1x/meeting/mo)
• Willing to hold mentoring conversations in strictest confidence
