During my time working on Skylanders, I served as the Creative Director for pandapanther, Directing all cinematics for the three of the franchise's installments, "Giants" , "Swap Force" and "Trap Team" for all game consoles and associated ad campaigns.
To streamline production, I changed some workflows, such as the traditional storyboarding approach, to a more interactive 3D method, which involved collaborating with team leads in open discussions using simple set diagrams and game assets to guide clear and efficient previsualization. With the support of talented technical directors, amazing editors and producers, we optimized our processes daily to deliver high-quality cinematics within tight deadlines.
