- If you have problems installing and running the software on your laptop, you can try the laptop consultation hours at SP 904: "A ‘laptop consultation hour’ is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00–13:00 in B1.16 (the room immediately to the right of the library desk). Any students having difficulties with their laptop can attend. Outside the consultation hours, you can send an email to the Laptop Support Team <laptops-fnwi@uva.nl>. "
