The Chancellor is the head of government of the Cosminian Empire, and presides over the sessions of the Reichstag.

Grayson I, Emperor of Oakforvia, is the current Imperial Chancellor of the Cosminian Empire and Grand Duke of Ostland.

The Emperor is the head of state of the Cosminian Empire. They also govern Nordstadt, one of the two capital cities of the Cosminian Empire. The Emperor represents the Cosminian Empire in foreign affairs.

Cosmin von Bobokt, commonly known as Cosmin I, is the Emperor of the Cosminian Empire. HIM also holds titles outside of Cosminia, like Emperor of Nederfjord, and Cognito Prinkipas in Arkaland.

The Iudex is the supreme judiciary authority of the Cosminian Empire. They have the power to preside over every trial and deliver the final sentence at each one of them. The Iudex also governs Reichsliger, one of the two capital cities of the Cosminian Empire.

Constitutionally, the office of Iudex is always occupied by the reigning Emperor.
