Founded by a Licensed Nurse and operated by a team of Medical Professionals, Beaud(y) has provided post-op recovery care to dolls while being dedicated to making their recovery journey not only safe and smooth, but also comfortable and memorable.

Terms & Conditions

Liability Statement

Beaud(y) Recovery Concierge & Coordination and staff do not perform invasive or medical procedures. We have no affiliation with the surgical center or the surgeon that performed your procedure. We are not responsible for the outcome of your surgery and / or complications associated with the recovery process. We are not a medical facility, home health or nursing agency. All staff are health care professionals from a variety of clinical specialties and have been trained in cosmetic post-op assistance. Our supply kits should not replace treatment and proper follow up with a physician.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Your care and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected occurrences may arise causing schedule adjustments to be made. In the event of a re-scheduling / cancellation, we request at least 24 hour notice. 

Beaud(y) Box - You will receive a 75% refund of the base price if supplies are no longer needed and have not already been delivered. The remaining 25% will be retained for processing fees of the initial order. There are no refunds for supplies that have already been delivered.

TeleHealth - Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled TeleHealth session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Digital Products - All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
