Registration is now open. Early bird rate ends on April 24 May 14, 2024.
Important notes:
All the registration formula are early bird rates and will increase by ~50% after April 24 May 14, 2024.
The registration fees include reception, excursion, breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee/snack breaks during the conference. Note that Wednesday evening dinner will not be included in registration fee, as participants will be encouraged to go for dinner in downtown Kingston.
If you select Formula 3, please make sure to secure your alternative accommodation as soon as possible. June is the busiest hotel month in Kingston, and COSIRES is the same week as Convocations at Queen's.
The deadline for early bird rates is April 24 May 14, 2024.
Flexible accommodation: If you wish to request additional accommodation dates outside COSIRES (June 16-June 21st), please send us a request by May 27th and provide the following information:
What dates you want for the extended stay?
What type of Formula and if you have any guests?
Note that there will be an additional charge for the extended stay.
