Il Palazzone
The workshop will take place at Palazzone of the Scuola Normale Superiore
Participants will be accomodated there or at "Le Contesse" hotel (before named "Oasi Neumann hotel).
The Palazzone is located outside the massive ancient town walls of Cortona, and can be reached by walking away from the center of Cortona (about 1,5 Km).

By plane:
Roma Fiumicino Airport (for intercontinental flights)
Firenze Peretola International Airport approx 120 Km
Pisa Airport approx. 180 km (then train through Firenze)
Perugia Sant’Egidio National Airport at about 60 Km
then continue by train.
Trains from airports to Cortona
From Roma Fiumicino (approx 3h)
Leonardo train to Roma Termini station + regional train to Terontola station
From Firenze railway line: Terontola station or Camucia approx 1h15.

By car:
Coming from the north or south on the A1 motorway: exit at the Valdichiana-Bettolle tollbooth, continue towards Perugia on the Perugia-Bettolle connection (S75bis), leave the junction at the intersection with the SR71 and follow the signs for Cortona
