1) The pool is open from 10AM to 10PM daily. 

2) Please shower in your apartment before coming to the pool or spa. 

3) Only 2 guests per apartment are allowed in the pool area at one time, the resident must be with his or her guests while in the pool area. 

4) DO NOT LEND YOUR KEY TO OR OPEN THE POOL GATE FOR ANYONE. EACH APARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO BRING THEIR OWN KEY TO OPEN THE POOL FOR ENTRY AND EXIT. 

5) Absolutely no gum, alcoholic beverages, smoking of any kind (eg. Vaping, etc.), or glass. 

6) No one under 14 is permitted in the pool area without an adult over 18. 

7) Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. 

8) No running, boisterous, rough play, wrestling, or diving. 

9) Absolutely no parties or loud music at any time. 

10) No one under the influence of alcohol or other impairing chemical substances. 

11) No Bikes, scooters, skateboards. 

12) Do not go beyond the small black fence or remove/touch any pool equipment. Safety equipment is for emergency use only. 

13) No one with a contagious disease, open wound, cuts, or blisters may use the pool or spa. 

14) Absolutely no one under the age of 5 is allowed in the spa at any time. 

15) No more than 6 people in the spa at one time. 

16) Time limit on the spa is 15 minutes. Be considerate to others and do not prevent them from enjoying the facilities. 

17) Please do not add anything to the spa (bubble bath soap, chemicals, etc.) 

18) No lewd behavior. 

If pregnant, please consult your physician before using the spa. Cortland Ridge is not liable for injuries or theft. No lifeguard is on duty in the pool area. Pool, spa, and amenities are privileges, used at your own risk. Please respect other residents. The owner may restrict usage, including confiscation of pool key, at their discretion. Rules may be enforced by owner's representatives; resident agrees to hold them harmless
