Please keep in mind that the regular, daily hours for the pool and hot tub are 10am to 10pm. These hours are subject to change at any moment depending on maintenance needs, weather conditions, etc.
• Pool area is open daily 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• No lifeguard on duty. Use the pool and spa at your own risk.
• Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.
• Shower before entering the pool or spa. Bathers leaving to use the restroom must shower again before returning.
• Pool and spa are for residents and up to 2 guests per apartment only. Residents must stay with their guests and
use their own key for entry.
• Children aged 14 years and younger must be accompanied and supervised by at least one responsible adult over
the age of 18 years.
• Children under 3 years old, children not toilet trained, and anyone lacking bowel control must wear a waterresistant swim diaper and waterproof swimwear.
• Diaper changing is not allowed poolside. Use restrooms or designated changing areas only. Hands must be washed
thoroughly with soap after changing diapers, and the diapered person must shower before returning to the pool.
• Anyone who has had diarrhea within the past two weeks, caused by an unknown source or communicable disease,
may not enter the pool.
• Persons with communicable diseases, infections, open cuts, sores, blisters, abrasions, or exposed wounds may not
enter the pool or spa.
• Persons suffering from a communicable disease transmissible via water may not use the spa pool.
• Running or engaging in unsafe activities or horseplay in or around the spa pool is prohibited.
• No parties or loud music at any time.
• No gum, alcoholic beverages, smoking, vaping, or glass containers in the pool area.
• No bikes, scooters, or skateboards in the pool area.
• Do not go beyond the pool fence or tamper with pool equipment. Safety equipment is for emergency use only.
• Bathers should not use the spa pool alone.
• No more than 6 people may use the spa at one time.
• Children aged FIVE years and younger are prohibited from bathing in a spa pool or hot tub.
• Bathers should not spend more than 15 minutes in the spa pool in any one session.
• Do not add anything to the spa (soap, bubble bath, chemicals, etc.).
• Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult a physician
before using the spa pool.
• Persons using prescription medications should consult a physician before using the spa pool.
• Pregnant women should not use the spa pool without consulting a physician.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other impairing chemical substances should not use the spa pool.
• No lewd or inappropriate behavior.
• Pool, spa, and amenities are privileges and must be used respectfully. The owner reserves the right to restrict
usage or confiscate pool keys for rule violations.
• Management is not responsible for injuries or theft.
• In case of emergency, call 911.
