A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono le spiagge di Civitavecchia e il lungomare. A pochi minuti di macchina sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge di Tarquinia, Santa Marinella e Santa Severa. E' situata al centro città vicinissima a Farmacia, Alimentari, Bar, Ristoranti e bike rent. Parcheggio videosorvegliato a 450 mt.

Composta da un ingresso con divano letto singolo, una camera spaziosa con 1 letto matrimoniale.

C'è inoltre una cucina completa di tutto ciò che serve, un bagno completo e un comodo balcone. Wi-fi gratuito, lenzuola e asciugamani gratuiti. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore. Struttura non adatta a disabili poichè ci sono 10 scalini dopo l'ascensore.

Is composed by an entrance with a single sofa bed and by spacious room with 1 double bed.

There is also a full kitchen with everything you need, a full bathroom and a balcony. Free wi-fi, free sheets and towels. Inside the building there is an elevator. Structure not suitable for disabled people becouse there are 10 steps after lift.
