£14-£16/hr (dependent on qualifications and experience),
Higher rates negotiable if self-employed/ paid as contractor

We are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, hardworking, physically fit gardener to support and guide current gardener, Cameron, with the management and maintenance of Corsock Gardens.
Person Specification – the successful applicant will:
be hard working, physically fit, self motivated and loyal.
be an upbeat, optimistic team player able to work well with the other people on the estate.
skillfully share knowledge with and mentor other members of the team.
enjoy researching and implementing new practices in the garden.
be skilled in the safe use and maintenance of garden machinery.
be qualified to spray chemicals.
know how to safely, efficiently and effectively manage a large, varied garden like Corsock Gardens
be comfortable managing multiple jobs with competing demands for time and attention.
have a full UK driving licence.
