The PRS Core 509 in Fire Mist Burst is honestly one of the most insane guitars I’ve ever played. The finish is just ridiculous—in the best way. It shifts between deep reds, oranges, and gold depending on the light, like the whole top is literally glowing when I move it around on stage.
What I love most is how versatile it is. I can go from thick, full humbucker tones for heavier riffs straight into bright, clean single-coil sounds without ever touching another guitar. It basically covers everything I need in one instrument, which is kind of dangerous because now I just want to play it all the time.
The Core build feels flawless. The neck is super smooth, the frets are perfect, and the sustain just keeps going forever. It’s one of those guitars where you hit a note and it just hangs there like it doesn’t want to die.
Overall, it’s my go-to “do everything” guitar. It’s got the looks, the tone, and the feel—and it just makes me want to play better every time I pick it up.
