OUR MISSION

The Coronado Community Church was incorporated as a corporation on February 21, 2026.

The Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church views its global mission as making disciples of Jesus Christ who live as His witnesses and proclaim the everlasting gospel, preparing people for His return. This mission is carried out through various means, including evangelism, humanitarian work, education, and healthcare, all with the aim of transforming lives and communities.  

Core Principles:

• Making Disciples:
  The central focus is on leading individuals to become followers of Jesus Christ. 

• Proclamation of the Three Angels' Messages:
  This involves sharing the gospel message, emphasizing God's love, and highlighting the importance of keeping His commandments. 

• Christ-like Living:
  Adventists strive to embody Christ's character in their daily lives, serving others and reflecting His love. 

• Hope and Healing:
  The church seeks to offer hope and healing, both spiritual and physical, to those in need, reflecting God's restorative love. 

Key Activities:

• Evangelism:
  This includes traditional preaching, Bible studies, and outreach events, as well as utilizing media like television and radio. 

• Global Mission
  This focuses on establishing churches and ministries in areas where the Adventist Church is not yet established, particularly in the 10/40 window (a geographical area in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia). 

• Humanitarian Work:
  The church operates hospitals, clinics, and humanitarian agencies to meet the physical needs of communities worldwide. 

• Education:
  Adventist schools and educational institutions play a vital role in shaping the next generation and sharing Adventist values. 

• Empowerment (Urban Centers of Influence) :
  These are community-based initiatives, like cafes or health clinics, that provide a welcoming space for interaction and introduce people to the church's message.
