I am, first and foremost, a believer in Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. I am a wife and mother, blessed with two wonderful boys, ages 12 and 10. Originally from Southern California, my family and I made a life-changing move to the beautiful state of South Carolina in 2022.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s Degree in Literacy and Language Arts from Loyola Marymount University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of education. I am credentialed to teach in both California and South Carolina, and have been working with children for over 25 years, with classroom experience dating back to 2007.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving in various roles, including director of an After School Program, Tutoring Business Manager, Summer Camp Coordinator, Elementary Lead Teacher, and Educational Consultant specializing in both classroom technology and wellness for students and teachers. I have taught in traditional classrooms, online settings, and currently, I tutor students internationally in a virtual environment. However, my most cherished teaching experiences have come from homeschooling my own sons for the past seven  years.

Cornerstone Enrichment is born out of my passion for providing a nurturing, Christ-centered educational environment. It is my mission to create a space where children can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually, while also offering support to families who share the desire to raise their children with strong Christian values. At Cornerstone, we believe in fostering a love of learning, encouraging curiosity, and building a strong foundation of character that will serve our students well throughout their lives.
